The project Rezidence Na Hřebenkách included at the beginning just the preparation for air conditioning units in living rooms with windows facing south and west, and in all rooms in apartments in the last floor. This meant placing piping under the plaster so when client had decided to install air conditioning unit, no construction work had to been done.
Developer has now decided to realize the whole supply of air conditioning system. Each apartment will have its own air conditioning unit on the roof of the building. Operation will depend only on its owner and not on requirements of other apartment owners (as opposed to a system of combined air conditioning system). This is a bonus for our clients and will not affect the final cost of housing.
