On 3rd November 2015 the building approval has been issued for our project Rezidence na Hřebenkách. After allocation the house number, the proposal of registration house units will be submitted into the Cadastre of Real Estate

Thanks to changes in materials and technology (especially using high quality German aluminum window profiles with tripled glazing) our project was awarded better grade of the energy performance of the building. Label with 2nd best possible score is here.

Energy Performance Certificate (PENB) evaluates the entire building in terms of energy consumption. Our new residential project in Prague 5 according to Czech legislation was awarded on rating scale from A to G with grade C - satisfactory.
