A client, who decides to buy an apartment in our project Rezidence Na Hřebenkách, signs a Booking contract and pay Booking fee in the amount of 200,000 CZK first. This leads to exclusion the apartment from the sale.
Circa two months after signing the Booking contract, the Letter of Intent of Flat Unit Transfer is being signed.
It determines the First installment of only 10% of the purchase price of chosen apartments. Payment will be credited to the escrow account maintained the lending bank, ie. means that developer cannot handle the money.
The Supplementary payment of 90% of the purchase price (less the Booking fee) is payable after the Units will obtain the Certificate of Occupancy, and will be registered in the Land Register.
