At first sight it may seem that the project Rezidence Na Hřebenkách consists of two buildings. However, this is one building that is connected through the ground floor, but the upper floors are divided into two main parts.
In the separate western "tower" of the house, so called the section A, there are only 9 apartments. One or maximum two apartments are on each floor. There are southwest and northwest-oriented units. To ensure privacy the eastern and greater part of the house is subdivided into a section B and section C. The middle section B offers 11 residential units. Most of the apartments are then in the section C. All the living rooms of these apartments are south-facing and the upper floors have views on the Smíchov valley. On the contrary most of the bedrooms are oriented to the quiet, north side. On each floor there are three apartments at the maximum.
Each of the three parts of the house has its own entrance from the street U Okrouhlíku. To ensure comfort each part has an elevator and emergency staircase connecting the car park in the basement with the last fifth floor. The project Rezidence Na Hřebenkách takes the best of its location in the southern slope of the Strahov hill. Interesting architecture of the house with a gradually expanding floors provides a natural shade and privacy. The last two floors are receding and create a spacious terrace.
The second underground floor, which is completely hidden, provides enough parking spaces. Some of 55 parking spaces are realized with car parking stackers. There is also placed the central gas boiler to ensure hot water and heating of the house.
The southern part of the floor above the floor with parking spaces is realized as a residential part. Each apartment on this floor has a spacious front yard. In the northern part, which is still partly under the ground, there are cellars and the entrance to the part A of the house from the street U Okrouhlíku. In section B, and C, the entrance is on the first floor. Other 5 floors are only residential.
