Within the project Rezidence Na Hřebenkách is built 33 housing units divided into the following categories:
1 + kt - 4 residential units
2 + kt - 7 residential units (including 1 maisonette)
3 + kt - 17 residential units (including 1 maisonette)
4 + kt - 5 residential units (including 2 maisonettes)
There is one last unit to be sold C13 - 4+kt last floor
The apartments on the 1st floor have spacious front gardens. Apartments on higher floors have one or two balconies. Architecture of the house enabled to build a spacious terrace for apartments on the last two floors.
Living rooms dominate the flats, which are mostly south-facing. Bedrooms were on the contrary placed in the cooler northern part of the house. Thoughtful layouts of the apartments also offer practical chamber, dressing rooms and spaces created for the built-in wardrobes. Look at the individual apartments in the catalogue.
Flats are made in high standard of equipment and fixtures to meet the requirements of even the most demanding client. An example might be that the tiles, floor tiles and fixtures is as standard products of company Villeroy & Boch, floors are wood laminate and aluminum windows from a German profile fitted with triple glazing. The standards were selected by an interior designer and meet modern requirements for materials, shapes and colours.
