In section C were completed all wirings and pipe installation. One layer gypsum stucco is being done. All these works are done in part A and B. The final layer of the roof was laid.

The first stage of wiring, water distribution, sewerage, heating and cooling is done in section A and B. We are now working on final single-layer plaster. The biggest section C is waiting for completion of wirings and all type of pipes.

After completion of structural work the glazing took a turn. Ongoing glazing starts showing the final look of the house façade. We have increased the standard of the project that we have exchanged planned wooden windows for aluminum with triple glazing.

Structural work is almost done. The 4th floor, the last but one, has its ceiling. It is already receding and apartments here will have spacious terraces overlooking the valley. Last 5th floor should be finished by the end of February.

As you can see in the gallery - the ceiling above the third floor has been finished. Next plan is to complete structural work of part A till the end of January and part B and C by the end of February. In parallel, we continue to work inside the building.
